Can you paint me a picture
Of what our love means
Because whenever we talk
You can’t find the words
Your face is a love song
If I could just see you smile
But with finding your future
You’re miles from home
You could write me a letter
Send me your heart with a stamp
But your picture tells me more
Than your heart ever did
You could write me a sonnet
Play your song on guitar
But your smile tells me more
Than your songs ever did
