Girly-girl

So, a young friend of mine called me a tomboy a couple days ago. I don’t consider myself as such. In fact I would like to be thought of as quite feminine. So, in effort to steer other’s perception of me, I painted my nails today. The last time I painted my nails I said that I wouldn’t do it again because it was completely ruined within 5 minutes and I had to remove the polish. Now I don’t normally wear makeup or nail polish, but Target had some good deals, so I bought some for whatever occassion. So, I have a light pink tint on my nails, with a minor blemish on one nail–that’s right, some of the polish is already messed up. I will not back out yet though! I will succeed! The world will know that I, in fact, am a girl!
